Spiritist Review — 1869 · Allan Kardec
Chapter 56 of 122
To our correspondents.
The death of Mr. Allan Kardec was, for the majority of our correspondents in France and abroad, the occasion for numerous tokens of sympathy toward Mrs. Allan Kardec, and of assurance of adherence to the fundamental principles of Spiritism.
In the material impossibility of replying to all, we beg that they receive, here, the expression of the sentiments of gratitude of Mrs. Allan Kardec.
Persuaded that the wishes of the one whom we all mourn could not be better fulfilled than by uniting in a common understanding for the propagation of our principles, the Society of Paris feels happy, in the painful circumstances in which we find ourselves, to be able to count on the active and effective cooperation of all. It will see with lively satisfaction the establishment of regular relations between it and the various centers of the provinces and abroad. [A. DESLIENS.]
