To avoid the accumulation of the distributions of January 1st, the Review of this month will be dispatched on the 25th of December. Moreover, it is sent to all the former subscribers, with the exception of those who are such through intermediaries, and whose names are not known to us. The following issues will be dispatched only if the subscriptions are renewed. Although the Review is permitted to appear from the 1st to the 5th, it did not happen a single time this year that it appeared on the 5th. A very minute verification, made before each shipment, showed that the delays in reception are not attributable to the management. Several times it was ascertained that they were due to local causes or to the ill will of certain persons through whose hands the Review passes before reaching the addressee. Allan Kardec.
