Spiritist Review — 1863 · Allan Kardec
Chapter 53 of 118
Bibliographical note.
In our last issue, in referring to the newspaper Vérité of Lyon, we said that soon Bordeaux would also have its Spiritist Review. We saw a proof of this publication, which will have as its title Ruche Spirite Bordelaise, Revue de l’enseignement des Esprits, and promises a new serious organ for the defense and propagation of Spiritism. Its directors having solicited our advice, we formulated it in a letter which they saw fit to place at the head of their first issue, declaring that they wished to follow in all points the banner of the Society of Paris. We feel happy with an adhesion that can only tighten, through the communion of ideas, the bonds of union among all Spiritists sincerely devoted to the common cause, without personal ulterior motives. The Ruche Spirite bordelaise appears on the 1st and 15th of each month, in fascicles of 16 pages in-8º, beginning on June 1, 1863. Price: 6 francs per year for France and Algeria. Editorial office in Bordeaux, 44, rue des Trois-Conils.
