Among the Spirits who, by a kind of predilection, occupy themselves with the relief of Humanity in preference to any other matter, many animated on Earth illustrious physicians of Antiquity and of modern times, and among the latter we shall cite, besides others, Hahnemann and Dupuytren who, though little in agreement with each other when they lived in this world, understand one another marvelously in the world of the Spirits and gladly unite when there is good to be done. The kindness that was the essence of Hahnemann’s character does not belie itself in his new situation; it is always the same benevolence, the same solicitude for those whom he tries to cure, and the results he obtains often border on the prodigious.
